A 12-month aged Bayonne ham (PGI) from the South-West of France, between the Pyrenees and the Atlantic Ocean. Cured with Salies-de-Béarn salt, with no added preservatives or additives, it has a tender texture and a delicate, slightly nutty flavour. Best enjoyed thinly sliced. 100 grams, sliced and vacuum-packed.
