130/150 grams per leg (2 legs) + 50 grams of added duck fat for cooking a total of 350 gr. Vacuum packed and individually wrapped. Can be frozen. Please note it's already slow cooked and confit. you just have to reheat. Guinea fowl is as well know as guinea hen or Kai Tok or Pintade. Organic product from our farm.
