Vendée Atlantique Fine de Claire oysters, size No. 3, 12 pieces. Not overly fleshy and very juicy, they are refined in saltwater oyster beds known as “claires” for several months at the end of their growth. They offer a fine, crunchy texture and powerful marine aromas. Vendée Atlantique oysters come from the Bay of Bourgneuf, the island of Noirmoutier, La Gachère, the Payré estuary and the Lay estuary in the Bay of Aiguillon.
